Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Dynamic Column View ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Description of Service

Dynamic Column View is a monday.com Board View application that allows users to configure which columns are displayed for each group within a board. The app provides a presentation layer over your existing board data.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with your monday.com subscription and the plan you have selected (Free, Pro, or Team).

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free: Limited to 3 configurable groups per board
• Pro ($8/seat/month): Unlimited groups, inline editing, column reorder, presets, export
• Team ($15/seat/month): All Pro features plus shared configurations, admin roles, priority support

Billing is handled through monday.com's marketplace billing system.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with monday.com's Terms of Service
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain the security of your monday.com account

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The app accesses board data through monday.com's API with the permissions you grant during installation.

7. Availability and Support

We strive to maintain app availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on monday.com's platform and API availability.

Support is provided via email. Team plan subscribers receive priority support with faster response times.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate access if you violate these terms.
