Dynamic Column View ("we", "our", "the app") is a monday.com marketplace application. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data We Access

When you install Dynamic Column View, it accesses the following data through the monday.com API:

• Board structure: Column names, types, group names, and group colors
• Board items: Item names and column values (for display and inline editing)
• User context: Your user ID and theme preference (for personalization)

3. Data We Store

We store only your column configuration preferences (which columns are visible for each group). This data is stored using monday.com's built-in Storage API and remains within the monday.com infrastructure.

We do not store:

• Your board data or item contents
• Personal information (email, name, etc.)
• Authentication tokens or credentials
• Data on any external servers

4. Data Processing

All data processing happens client-side in your browser. Board data is fetched from monday.com's API, rendered in the view, and never transmitted to any third-party server.

5. Third-Party Services

Dynamic Column View does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

6. Data Security

We rely on monday.com's security infrastructure for all data storage and transmission. We do not maintain separate servers or databases. All communication uses HTTPS encryption provided by monday.com.

7. Data Retention

Configuration data is retained in monday.com's Storage API for as long as the app is installed. When you uninstall the app, stored configurations may be automatically removed by monday.com.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• View your stored configuration in the Configuration tab
• Export your configuration as a JSON file
• Delete your configuration by uninstalling the app
• Request data deletion by contacting us

9. Children's Privacy

This app is designed for business use and is not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
